“FUBE – 2021”: feedback from exhibitors. Dr Sami Kilani, Al Honey Kitchens, Jordan

The further away from the June exhibition “Furniture of Ukraine Business Expo” goes, the more obvious its significance for the development of the Ukrainian furniture industry, for building its export potential. Its results, advantages, and shortcomings appear more visibly from a greater distance, which we will analyze in preparation for the next one. We will use another selection of reviews about the exhibition from its participants and guests, which we collected during the days of “FUBE – 2021”.

Dr Sami Kilani, representative of the international network “Al Honey Kitchens”, Jordan:

– In addition to the fact that the direct holding of the exhibition is organized very professionally and friendly to its participants, at least those like me, visitors, the organizers tried to present good quality furniture. So, there is something to be interested in, something to work with.

Our company sells furniture in North America (USA, Canada), and even more in the Middle East. It has become unprofitable (expensive) to carry furniture from Asian countries, the same company in search of a profitable alternative. And it may well be furniture made in Ukraine from particleboard. But I’m a little surprised that most of the exhibitors offer their products at prices higher than I expected. But quality and volume can be balanced.
