FURNICON LVIV 2024
Dear friends, we invite you to the FURNICON furniture conference, which will take place on February 8, 2024, in Lviv.
Exactly one year ago, we gathered in Lviv to discuss the possibility of creating the Lviv Furniture Cluster. We all voted for it, and now let’s see what has come out of it, and what achievements and challenges the cluster faces.
During the FURNICON LVIV furniture conference, you can expect:
◾️ Welcome speech from the Mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi. Presentation of the Unbroken project (agreed).
◾️ Updates on the activities of the association from Volodymyr Patis, President of the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers (UAFМ).
◾️ Welcome speech from the owner of “Development West Group,” Serhiy Plandjiyev.
◾️ Lviv Furniture Cluster. One year since its founding. Report by Andriy Mandzhala, dedicated to the achievements and challenges facing the cluster after a year of its existence. Q&A session. Questions and requests from conference participants.
◾️ Panel Discussion: Presentation of the Innovative Educational Project “Furniture School: Designer-Constructor and Upholsterer” with the Support of the State Department of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.

- Oksana Straz, Chief Operations Officer of the Lviv Furniture Cluster.
◾️ Discussion of current grant opportunities from the USAID Program with Oleksiy Kushnir, Production and Services Advisor, USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine.
◾️ Searching for the right product for a proper presentation at the exhibition. Speaker: Oksana Donska, Member of the Board of UAFМ, CEO of the FUBE.
◾️ Lean training from Bohdan Mazurkevych: The presentation is aimed at implementing Lean principles in furniture production for process optimization.
◾️ Networking among colleagues and like-minded individuals in the warm atmosphere of the furniture event.
