The national stand of Ukraine is now also at the international furniture exhibition Warsaw Home Furniture Expo in Poland from October 19 to 22, 2022: furniture exhibitions based on individual projects of Ukrainian factories, a gallery of subject design and an organized area for B2B meetings with architects and designers of Poland and Eastern Europe.

Such furniture brands as Kitass, Diza, Esteco, Furniture Park, BONART, PrimaLetto, TENTONI, WOODSUN, Yavorina Furniture Factory, Polymerservice, ARTBUZ creative workshop and others are accepted at the national stand.

Furniture of Ukraine will be presented at the stand in the form of individual solutions for private homes and public places, individual pieces of furniture and lighting, made by Ukrainian furniture makers in cooperation with the Ukrainian creative industry and world designers.

The stand of Ukrainian furniture makers is located in pavilion F, platforms F2.45b and F2.39c.

The real decoration of the stand will be the “Red viburnum” photo zone, the author of which is the Azzare company. The design of the photo zone became the winner of the All-Ukrainian competition organized by the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers. Through this project, the company will spread knowledge about Ukraine and tell the stories of people who, despite the full-scale war, continue to dream and work.

 

The best students of the FBA (Furniture Business Academy) course are ready for B2B meetings

According to the results of the special FBA course from the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers, aimed at preparing for B2B meetings, the best students will join the work at the stand. Graduates will use all acquired knowledge during the special course in B2B meetings with potential buyers.

Support of the Ukrainian furniture manufacturer in Poland

The design of the national exposition was developed by Dmytro Novikov, where the structure of the stand involves transparent but reliable metal structures, and the conditional separation of the participants’ stands gives a sense of scale and unity.

Ukraine’s participation as a national stand in the Warsaw Home Furniture Contract exhibition was made possible thanks to the active assistance and support of the Council of Exporters and Investors under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Office of Entrepreneurship and Export Development, the Rivne State Regional Military Administration, the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry. A special thanks for the support – the partner of the negotiation zone at the stand of the Kleyberit-Ukraine company.

The KTPP export support center and specialized publications Mebleva s  sprava, Pragmatika and Dim and interior, as well as the European Design School, acted as information partners.

About the exhibition Warsaw Home Furniture Expo

Approximately 100,000 sq.m. exhibition area, the event is attended by about 50,000 guests, 43% of whom are architects and designers. About 600 European and Asian furniture brands will be presented at the exhibition. Geography of visitors: Poland, Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and other countries.

Since the beginning of this year, the team of the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers has successfully organized the work of #FurnitureofUkraine national stands at exhibitions in Poland, UAE, Italy and Germany, where more than 50 furniture factories of Ukraine were represented.

For 8 months of 2022, the volume of Ukrainian furniture exports amounted to 551.5 million US dollars, which is 18.1% less than in 8 months of the previous year and 28% more than in the same period of 2020.
