We are launching a series of online meetings, seminars, lectures and consultations as part of the R&D UNITS DESIGN NEEDS (Hackathon) program.
The first seminar will take place on September 8, 2020.
«What Ukrainian retail expects from a furniture designer?» Oleksandr Lukyanchenko, Head of FURNITURE department, Epicenter K.
Retail is also forced to respond to changes in consumer preferences caused by various factors – cultural, economic or social.
Customer Journey Map (CJM) of any furniture center is planned based on the features of the “presentation” of each product or collection. Therefore, a properly designed communication model of an individual product or collection leads to increased customer interest and deeper involvement in the purchase process.
It is important that the long chain from “designer’s sketch to purchase” contains a link – “how the product communicates with the buyer.” The seminar will present a number of important aspects that need to be considered when developing new products or collections.
The seminar will be held within the framework of the R&D UNITS DESIGN NEEDS program implemented by the Ukrainian Furniture Manufacturers Association and supported by the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine.
The main goal of the project is to support Ukrainian designers and furniture manufacturers.
