LEAN School is a unique training program for managers and production teams designed to improve business efficiency through the implementation of Lean philosophy.

The program combines three key areas of business development:

▫️ Strategy
▫️ Leadership
Each area is led by a dedicated expert-practitioner, providing a holistic understanding of business transformation — from tools to strategy and team management.

📍 Lviv, based at the production company PROGRESS-SERVICE
Training dates:
▫️ May 14–15 — Intensive 1
▫️ June 25–26 — Intensive 2

After each intensive — on-site visits to participants’ companies for hands-on practice.
As a result, each participant receives 4 days of theoretical training and 2 practical days at production sites.

After the theoretical sessions, participants:
→ go directly to the production floor
→ analyze processes together with experts
→ see how Lean tools work in a company worth learning from
→ gain practical insights for their own business

💳 Participation fee:
• UAH 20,000 — for UAFM members
• UAH 30,000 — for UAFM friends and partners
