Day 1. Strategy and leadership: we analyzed real cases of Ukrainian manufacturers who kept their businesses running and built strategies during the war. Gemba Walking as a leadership tool, and the “Father of Snipers” case — the one that made everyone rethink what it means to lead.

Day 2. Lean from the inside: waste model, 8 types of waste, Kanban, 5S, SOP + OPL. And all of this came to life on the shop floor of PROGRESS-SERVICE, where Lean has been running since 2017.

Next up — participants will visit their own production sites together with Bohdan Mazurkevych!
