Lean School in Lviv has officially started!

📅 On May 23–24, the first training module of Lean School took place, bringing together 30 participants from 13 companies.
The training was hosted at Progress Service — a company that has been implementing Lean practices since 2017. Participants had the opportunity to explore real business cases and ask practical questions directly to the company’s team.

Over the two days, we focused on key topics including:
• The role of Lean in the modern enterprise economy
• Leadership and guidance
• Gemba Walking
• The 5 levels of quality
• Idea system as an engagement tool
• Kanban system
• SOP and One Point Lesson
• Production analysis
• Types and models of waste
• 5S system (theory, examples, implementation)
• Problem-solving tools
• 8D methodology
• Lean implementation in office environments

✅ Practical visits to participants’ enterprises with Lean consultant Bohdan Mazurkevych will begin soon. These visits will provide individual recommendations and help adapt tools to real production processes.
