The third Lean School cohort has started!

This time, we are once again working in the format of a long-term, practice-oriented program, not a one-off training. The Lean School lasts about 1.5 months and consists of several logically connected stages.

🔹 Program format:

• Two offline intensives, 2 days each, in Kyiv

• practical assignments between modules

• production visits to companies, where participants work with real processes

• analysis of participants’ own cases and group discussions of solutions

🔹 What’s new in this cohort:
For the first time, Volodymyr Pavelko has joined the Lean School. This made it possible to combine Lean tools with strategy and leadership, so that changes are not limited to individual tools but are built as a holistic approach to business management.

During the intensives, we work with the waste model, OEE, 5S, problem-solving tools, and the implementation of Lean not only in production but also in office processes.

Ahead are production visits and hands-on work with participants’ cases directly at their facilities.

The Lean School is about systematic work, practice, and changes that happen not “after the training,” but in parallel with it.
