We invite everyone to join the Lean tour of Kyiv, which will take place on August 30, 2024.

As part of the tour, we will visit three factories:
ENRAN is the largest furniture factory in Ukraine. The main specialization is design, production, sale and installation of furniture, panels for offices and hotels, equipment for stores, serial and individual design solutions for the home.
Smart Mebli is an expert since 2003 in the market of transformed furniture, providing a full range of services: design, planning, production, logistics, support and consultation with the help of experienced specialists, as well as distribution and production of transformation mechanisms. Thanks to its own metalworking production base and a professional design bureau, it carries out development, real testing of transformation mechanisms and final production.
Hutjet is a new generation house manufacturer that you can design yourself and immediately order from your smartphone, and live in it in two months. The house is customized purely for the customer from available models of various series. Completely manufactured and assembled at the factory. And it is already ready to be brought to the site for installation.
📈Each of the enterprises will demonstrate how to effectively apply Lean methods to optimize production processes, improve product quality and reduce costs.
