Lean-tour of Ternopil & Rivne as part of the educational special course FBA: Construction restart

Friends, we are pleased to announce that our educational special course FBA: “Construction Restart” within the EU4Business international cooperation program, funded by the European Union and the Government of Germany, is moving to the practical part – a two-day Lean Tour on June 6-7 with visits to leading manufacturing enterprises of Ukraine.

This tour is a continuation of our educational course aimed at restoring and strengthening business in Ukraine. For two days, participants will have the opportunity to learn about best practices and experience of successful companies.

Ternopil (day 1)

🔹Visit to the production of Bordnetze – an international manufacturer of cable and wiring systems for cars with 35 years of experience.

🔹Visit to the company Schréder – a leading supplier of innovative outdoor lighting solutions.

🔹Tour of the Tercom enterprise – a manufacturer of wooden houses with 25 years of experience.

Rivne (day 2)

🔹Visit to the production of Kronospan – one of the world’s largest manufacturers of wood-based panel materials, adhering to high environmental standards.

🔹Visit to the company Epsilon – a manufacturer of metal-plastic structures with 20 years of experience.

🔹Tour of the Eskada-M enterprise – a leader in Ukraine in the production of veneered boards and wall panels.

In addition to visiting productions, the tour program includes networking for participants to meet and practically exchange experiences.

During the tour, we will be accompanied by a professional lean consultant Olga Peretyatko. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about advanced management practices, production optimization, and lean manufacturing from leading industry experts.
