Our Lean Tour to Bila Tserkva – a day filled with new connections, ideas, and inspiration

Our first stop was the furniture factory ViANT. It was very interesting to see their production, learn about their approaches to organizing work, and meet the team that continues to develop the company and search for new solutions within their processes.

Next, we visited METKAS — and this company truly impressed us. The team has actively embraced Lean approaches after many training programs, including our Lean School. Today this is clearly visible in their production processes, workspace organization, and the team’s mindset toward continuous improvement. It is truly inspiring to see how systematically the company is working on change.

We finished the tour at Bastion, where the team is also moving forward with Lean implementation. It was interesting to see how processes are evolving in practice and how the team is consistently working on developing their production.
