Speaker: Valery Gubarev – director of the company “Independent Customs Agency”, expert on customs law of the organization “All-Ukrainian AEO Club”, expert on customs issues of the Public Council under the State Customs Service of Ukraine. He has been engaged in customs affairs for 30 years, of which he has 8 years of practical experience in customs brokerage and foreign trade. Speaker of seminars and conferences on customs logistics, AEO and NCTS.
