Training: Contracting and Negotiating

Friends, we continue to tirelessly move towards the breakthrough of the furniture industry in Ukraine and prepare for Ukraine’s first furniture B2B exhibition Furniture of Ukraine Business Expo 2021.
That is why, on September 4, we are organizing a training session from UAFM: Concluding contracts and negotiating.

In one day, the training will deepen your knowledge of important innovations that will help in the conclusion of contracts and will increase efficiency in negotiations with international partners.

– Overview of existing free trade agreements: EU, EFTA, Turkey, Macedonia, Montenegro, Canada, Israel, USA, Japan, CIS, Georgia. How to get benefits to the exporter.
– Preferential and non-preferential modes of access of goods to the markets. Origin of goods – when is the origin of particular importance?
– Pan-Euro-Med Convention: features of application and benefits for Ukrainian exporters.
– An overview of the rules of origin under various agreements.
General principles and disagreements. Comparison of rules. Application of rules by examples and comparison of results.
– confirmation of origin: certificate of origin, declaration of an authorized exporter, declaration of an exporter.

Ethics of business communication and negotiation.
– Awareness of exhibitors about the various “traditions”, the rules in the business of representatives from different countries.
– Presentation of the basic “business negotiation techniques” in a short time

– Mikhail Vinnitsky – head of the secretariat of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education, Advisor to the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, member of the National Team of Experts on the Reform of Higher Education in Ukraine, as well as a teacher at the Lviv Business School of UKU and the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
