• Know exactly what this profit is currently (before it turns into money),

• And whether you are using what you own effectively.

This is exactly how large systemic companies are managed.

These fundamental laws are THREE REPORTS:

• Balance sheet (Statement of financial position)
• Cash Flow Statement
• Profit and Loss Statement (P&L)
• They are universal and suitable for businesses of all sizes and directions.

As part of the UAFM Furniture Business Academy, in training with Oksana Ponomarenko, you will learn the laws of the most important of the three reports – the Profit and Loss Statement or P&L and you will be able to:

• Identify typical mistakes that are usually made when preparing the P&L statement;
• Understand how financial results differ significantly if they are calculated in cash, not taking into account depreciation, exchange rate differences, confusing costs and cost of goods sold;

All of this will be examined through practical case studies of manufacturing companies. In those cases and mistakes, you will be able to see yourself but already know how it should be scientifically.
