FBA training program “Systematic sales”

On May 28–29 in Ostrog, at the legendary Ostroh Academy, the “Systematic Sales” offline intensive by Furniture Business Academy took place!

Two packed days brought together 28 participants: executives and managers of furniture companies from across Ukraine, who are determined to build strong, systematic sales departments and expand into new markets.

/

👉🏻 Day one immersed participants in the psychology of sales: how subconscious client motivations work, what rhetoric means in sales, and how to build a sales team for different stages of company growth. The practical case study “Meblі deFrance” helped participants work through the organization of a dealer network, while the cross-cultural communications block prepared them for the realities of export markets. The day wrapped up with a joint dinner — in the best traditions of UAFM networking.

👉🏻 Day two kicked off with a tour of the historic academic building of Ostroh Academy — an inspiring start to a new day of learning. Participants then worked on how to create a sales culture aligned with company strategy, how to promote a product within large organizations, and how to gather the right information in export markets. The final “Gurkit” workshop taught participants how to build an information wave around their product through smart differentiation.

🧑🏻‍💻 The training was led by Mykhailo Vynnytskyi — PhD from the University of Cambridge, lecturer at kmbs and LvBS, and an expert in sales management with extensive international experience. His approach combines deep theory with real business cases, allowing participants to apply their knowledge directly to their own companies.

On June 30, an online session will take place where participants will present their own projects and receive individual feedback from the instructor.

Events like this are an opportunity to rethink your approach to sales, connect with industry peers, and gain tools that truly work.
