The training course consists of two learning blocks: LEAN and export activities.

Course objective: In a short time, in an intensive learning environment together with a lean consultant, optimize production, establish a logistics chain and define the product of the alliance; identify sales channels and focus countries for export, prepare for negotiations with potential customers.

MODULE 1. Production Optimization

Expert Bohdan Mazurkevych. Lean consultant, has many years of practical experience in implementing lean manufacturing in large multinational companies.

Module content:

• 3 days of group training: lean manufacturing tools, eliminating production losses, increasing efficiency and optimizing the production process.
• 3 days of visits to company productions: group training and consultations.
• 1 day of group training: report on the work done, summing up.

MODULE 2. Export Activities

Module content:

1. Focus countries choice

Workshop. Instructions and team work on synthetic cases for choosing a country.

2. Focus countries Research

Workshop: instructions for market research. Team work on developing a research plan for a synthetic case.

3. Negotiation simulation

Workshop. Instructions for preparing for negotiations and negotiation simulation.
