Number of Students

This special course can accommodate up to 50 students simultaneously. However, for maximum benefit and active participation, participants will work in groups. There is also an opportunity to become an audited listener, gaining access to the module recordings without active participation in group tasks and homework.

The main events and lectures of the FBA Special Course: “Marketing Strategies for Brands that Boost Export” will occur from November 14th to November 30th, 2023. Here is the event schedule:

November 14th, 16:00-18:00: Lecture 1. Introduction to marketing: What is marketing, and what functions does it perform.

November 16th, 16:00-18:00: Lecture 2. Analysis of the current state of the company. Analysis of potential foreign markets. Analysis of trends. Identifying and analyzing competitors.

November 21st, 16:00-18:00: Lecture 3. Analysis of the target audience. Segmentation. Identifying motivations of the target audience, consumer insights, barriers, and decision-making drivers.

November 23rd, 16:00-18:00: Lecture 4. What is a brand? Developing positioning and reasons to trust the brand. November 28th, 16:00-18:00: Lecture 5. Touchpoints. Marketing plan for entering a new market. Steps to implement the marketing strategy.

November 30th, 14:00-19:00: Lecture 6. Presentation of the SE furniture labeling guidelines. Defending marketing strategies. Offline module. Venue: Urban Space 500.
