\nSuch a poetic-philosophical maxim could be formulated only by those who know and love wood, know how to work with it, and are passionately engaged in it. This fully applies to master woodworkers of the Ukrainian company “YOURFOREST”<\/a>, on whose website we found such a beautiful statement. And it is quite natural that the company’s products, which are wall panels and furniture made of natural wood, are truly art created in wood.<\/p>\n

It took almost two months after the start of the war for the company to resume its activities. And you can understand why not sooner. Because in order to work the way the local masters work with wood, you need a suitable mental attitude, and this is not what started the machines – and the work began. And to continue doing with the soul belonged to what was started with the soul before the war.<\/p>\n

– First of all, they began to complete those projects and those objects that were not completed by February 24. Of course, if the customers wanted it and were able to accept our masters, – clarifies Yuliya Korelska. – In the summer, we took on new orders. Relatively new, it is more correct to say, because they were planned by customers even before the war, and we already had some contacts on this matter at the beginning of last year. The clients’ need for those projects was such that the difficult realities in which the whole country found themselves did not stop their intentions to realize their plans.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n– They did not stop your intentions to expand the assortment, develop new model offers…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

– Yes it is. And one of these developments is already at the stage of being put into production. This is a new line of furniture, the design feature of which is convenient transportation due to assembly and disassembly without the use of any tools. At the same time, this is a step towards the goal of equalizing the company’s furniture direction in terms of production volume and significance with the panel sector, which has always been our leader.<\/em>
\nAnother area of the company’s activity, which is not directly related to woodworking, has been activated. We offer services to architects, designers, constructors, and fellow furniture makers, who can order from us the production of drawings necessary for the implementation of their projects, and even their complex development. We call it intellectual and industrial outsourcing in the field of design and production of furniture, as well as other wooden, metal, and stone products of any complexity. The purchased generator helps to activate this direction, which allows our specialists not to leave their workplaces when the mains power goes out.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n– “YOURFOREST”<\/a> is one of the few in the industry and almost the only one among the capital’s furniture and woodworking companies, which not only consumes wood but also in practice is concerned with, so to speak, compensating such production-consumption of wood by planting new trees. For several years in a row, as you talk about on your website, in the autumn you organize a kind of tree-planting party in Holosiivskyi Park with the assistance of “Kyivzedenbud”, which determined the areas for new plantings, provided the necessary equipment and equipment. However, last fall, the tradition did not continue…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

– Unfortunately, it is true. And it is clear why – because of the war. Although it did not prevent us in a direct sense, it did not allow us to plant trees in another way: usually, during the year we accumulate funds to celebrate the day of the company’s creation in this way, and last year these funds (even more – over 100 thousand) aimed at the needs of our army.<\/em>
\nI would like to note that all these years we have involved customers and buyers of our products in this nature restoration campaign, because in fact, we carried it out with their funds, including a certain share of funds for this need in the price of the products. And now a whole oak grove planted by our company has already formed in the park.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\t\t
