Friends, we share with you statistical data on the export of Ukrainian-made doors for 2022 from the State Customs Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

INTERNAL DOORS<\/h3>\n

HS code 4418205000 Wood and articles of wood; wood charcoal – Builders’ joinery and carpentry of wood, including cellular wood panels, assembled flooring panels, shingles and shakes:- doors and their frames, thresholds, and jambs:- of coniferous wood.<\/p>\n

In 2021, exports of coniferous wood doors amounted to 13,710.22 thousand USD, while imports amounted to 4,079.23 thousand USD. In 2022, exports amounted to 9,100.00 thousand USD, and imports amounted to 933.32 thousand USD. Accordingly, in the context of a full-scale war, exports decreased by 34% compared to a significant decrease in imports by 78%.<\/p>\n

Regarding imports of goods in this group, it is worth noting a significant decrease in imports from russia and belarus in 2022 compared to 2021. Import from belarus fell by 80%, and from russia by 83%.<\/p>\n

Doors made of other types of wood were exported for a sum of 34,434 thousand USD in 2021, and imported for a sum of 3,301 thousand USD. In 2022, they were exported for a sum of 15,188 thousand USD, and imported for a sum of 1,738 thousand USD. Therefore, in the context of full-scale war, exports, unfortunately, decreased by 66%, compared to a decrease in imports by 48%.<\/p>\n

In 2021, the entrance doors of this group were exported for a total amount of 14,738.76 thousand USD and imported for a total amount of 18,800.43 thousand USD. In 2022, entrance doors were exported for a total amount of 15,613.55 thousand USD and imported for a total amount of 6,119.22 thousand USD. Thus, in the conditions of a full-scale war, exports, despite all difficulties, increased by 6% compared to a significant decrease in imports by 68%.<\/p>\n
