The capital production-supply company “Golden Fleece<\/a>” has been present in the Ukrainian market for quite some time. It became a member of the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers a few months before the war, so there is a need to present it in more detail.<\/p>\n

“Golden Fleece<\/a>” is a well-known and reliable manufacturer and supplier of bandsaw blades and abrasive materials for working with both metal and wood, as well as various types of metal-cutting tools. Its regular clients include hundreds of Ukrainian enterprises. The company’s own production capacity allows it to quickly and on favourable pricing terms serve its customers. The company’s corporate values and rules ensure its market success. Attentive and competent approach to each client, professional understanding of their production needs, and even the ability to anticipate them are values that the company fully demonstrates even in this challenging period of wartime.<\/p>\n

By the way, as Maria Ostrovschuk, the head of the procurement department, told us, the company did not stop working for a single day since the beginning of the war, consistently providing customers with the full range of tools in a timely and high-quality manner, as always. The company has a predominantly male team, which has never backed down in the face of difficulties. Even when the team size decreased due to the war, it did not disrupt the company’s stability and high standards of fulfilling customer orders.<\/p>\n

If most furniture manufacturers experienced a noticeable decline in production and sales of furniture during the war period, especially in its first year, then “Golden Fleece<\/a>” has no reason to complain. Since everything destroyed by the enemy often requires urgent reconstruction, the demand for tools, especially sawing tools, not only did not decrease but even grew in certain positions.<\/p>\n

– What prompted the company to increase the number of suppliers of sawing tools,” says Maria Ostrovschuk, “is that now the company’s assortment includes Koronet wood bandsaw blades, including bi-metallic ones, of Polish production. They come in various lengths, widths, and thicknesses.<\/em><\/p>\n

We also have a brand new supplier from the Czech Republic, the company “Pilana,” which is one of the largest European manufacturers of sawing tools. We have already received the first batch of their metal saws and are awaiting feedback from our customers after testing them.<\/em><\/p>\n

Earlier, we increased the number of German tool suppliers as well. The company “Eberle” joined our long-standing partners and offered us quite acceptable and favourable terms of cooperation. They also provide metal saws.<\/em><\/p>\n

Recently, we have even increased the frequency of deliveries from our European partners, despite the noticeable increase in logistics costs. We have our reasons for that – it is more convenient to settle with smaller amounts.<\/em><\/p>\n

– The company’s management and the entire team have an active civic position. Can you tell us more about it?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

– First and foremost, it involves supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which has not ceased since the first days of the Russian invasion. Last year, we purchased and sent vehicles to the front upon requests from various military units. Currently, we regularly send powerful power banks to ensure uninterrupted communication on the front lines.<\/em><\/p>\n

– Such remarkably stable and successful work, considering the present circumstances, provides opportunities for further development. Do you have any plans?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

– Of course, we do. We supply and manufacture primarily saws for working with metal for the Ukrainian market. The quantity of tools for working with wood is significantly lower. We want to balance this ratio. By the way, the fact that we have already established supplies of wood saws from a well-known Polish manufacturer is evidence that the ratio is already being corrected in favour of wood tools. We will seek other authoritative and reliable suppliers to ensure competitive prices and quality in this category of saws on the domestic market.<\/em><\/p>\n

We also want to explore a new direction, known as the “chemical” sector. We aim to supply paint and coating materials, various polishing emulsions, adhesives, and so on, primarily for automotive and construction purposes. However, this is a more distant perspective.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\t\t
