{"id":16203,"date":"2026-03-20T15:56:42","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T12:56:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uafm.com.ua\/?p=16203"},"modified":"2026-04-07T13:56:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T10:56:11","slug":"doslidzhennya-meblevogo-ta-derevoobrobnogo-sektoriv-ukrayiny","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uafm.com.ua\/en\/doslidzhennya-meblevogo-ta-derevoobrobnogo-sektoriv-ukrayiny\/","title":{"rendered":"Research on the furniture and wood processing sectors of Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"80\" data-end=\"563\">The study on the furniture and wood processing sectors of Ukraine was prepared by the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office and the national project Diia.Business, commissioned by the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers. <strong>The report includes insights into the macroeconomic environment, foreign trade, and the results of a business survey on the current state of the industry, expectations, and key challenges, collected directly from UAFM member companies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"658\">The survey was conducted between March 2 and March 15, 2026, with a total of 106 respondents.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"658\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\/<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"715\">Industry Overview and Macroeconomic Indicators<\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"985\">According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, in 2024 the number of active enterprises in the wood processing sector exceeded 11.5 thousand. A decline in sales was reported by around 15\u201318% of respondents.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2280\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16210\" unpredictability of the situation in Ukraine and the domestic market (70\u201375%), labor shortages (65\u201370%), and insufficient domestic demand (40\u201345%).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2623\"
