Integral dynamics – a magnificent and effective model of the evolution of thinking, leadership and management, describes the development of psychosocial systems in various scales: people, companies, people, humanity as a whole.<\/p>\n
We will deal with the following questions:<\/p>\n
– Paradigms of thinking: what drives our actions?<\/p>\n
– Communication: why don’t we understand each other?<\/p>\n
– Staff: the laws of personal growth<\/p>\n
– Leadership: how it happens and corresponds to the task?<\/p>\n
– Management: what kind of management culture does my organization need?<\/p>\n
– Country: what happens in Ukraine and when will we see changes?<\/p>\n
– Integral view: how the world is changing and what is waiting for different countries?<\/p>\n

Valery Pekar is a lecturer at the Kiev-Mohyla Business School and the Lviv Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University, the author of two books and over 250 articles on management, marketing, and futurology. Member of the Board of Directors of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry UFI. Member of the National Reform Council (2014-2016), Advisor to the Minister of Economy (2014-2016).<\/p>\n
