The authorities adopted the second version of the anti-crisis law.<\/p>\n Individuals Entrepreneurs are exempt from paying a single social contribution (1039 UAH) for two months (March and April). At the same time, these two months will be credited to the insurance period. If you have already paid, then no problem. You have three options:<\/p>\n If you pay quarterly, then in April you will pay only for January and February, and in July – for May and June.<\/p>\n Only Individuals Entrepreneurs are exempted from the payment of Single Social Contribution, and workers must be paid further.<\/p>\n The deadline for the payment of certain taxes has been postponed. In particular, the tax on personal income paid annually can be paid on October 1, 2020 (previously it was necessary to pay before August 1). A declaration of these incomes must be submitted before July 1 (previously it was necessary before May 1).<\/p>\n They delayed the introduction of mandatory cash registers, or, as they are also called, cash registers. Now, entrepreneurs with an annual income of up to a million hryvnias may not use them until the end of the year.<\/p>\n 2. The final version of the \u201canti-crisis\u201d draft law No. 3275 made a significant reservation, after which it may be problematic to obtain a delay in renting business. The wording of the bill of March 29, 2020, referred to the “exemption” of the tenant for the period of quarantine from payment for the use of the property. In the same adopted on March 30, 2020, and published version of the Law No. 540-they mean that the employer \u201ccan\u201d be exempted from such a fee.<\/p>\n However, lawyers say, if we take into account that in both editions the issue of exemption from rent is directly related to the provisions of part 6 of article 762 of the Civil Code, the situation is perceived quite differently. The specified norm indicates that the tenant is exempt from payment for the entire time during which the property could not be used due to circumstances for which he is not responsible. That is, in any case, the burden of proving the impossibility of using the leased property for quarantine rests with the tenant.<\/p>\n 3. During the second week of quarantine in Ukraine, where there are 1,600,000 official unemployed., The number of new vacancies decreased by 34%. Such data are provided in the economic review of the week from the National Bank. According to the NBU, in almost all types of activities, the load indicator increased, with the exception of retail and finance. In addition, the projected average wage fell to 10 706 UAH from 11 000 hryvnias. The unemployment rate remained unchanged at 9.4%.<\/p>\n 4. Quarantine is not a reason to stop. This is the focus of the leadership of UAFM. Every crisis has a tendency to change and development. That is why the furniture industry must be creative and find its growth points in the face of change.<\/p>\n For this, a survey was conducted among the members of the Association and a common experience was formed that reveals the problems of the industry. Based on the identified needs, UAFM launched a series of daily training programs – webinars. Where on-line experts cover the selected topic. All participants can receive answers to exciting questions in a question-answer format.<\/p>\n It is important that webinars are free for all furniture workers.
