Among the most important were the following issues, which can be divided into blocks.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And the policy:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lack of marketing research;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> opacity, the uncertainty of the future, lack of strategy;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Lack of a single platform with transparent and clear information about market participants and products.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sales:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> low competence of market participants in promoting their own products;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lack of an export agency;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lack of furniture logistics with affordable tariffs and quality service;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lack of loyalty to the Ukrainian product;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lack of large system furniture retailers in the domestic market;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> use of dumping as the main tool in the fight against a competitor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright supply:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> state regulation of the timber market;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lack of independent wood examination;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> inaccessibility of Ukrainian wood to small and medium enterprises;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> grey import of fabrics;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> corruption.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Production:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> low productivity of furniture makers;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lack of quality outsourcing;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> low financial literacy and inability to keep track of production costs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finance and taxes:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> high local land tax;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lack of available credit funds;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bad investment climate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Staff:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the unpopularity of the furniture profession among young people;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> inconsistency of training programs of specialized educational institutions with the needs and requirements of the market;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lack of short-term courses for operational training.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infrastructure:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the long and expensive process of connection to electricity and gas networks;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the complex system of obtaining permits;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> low quality of roads;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lack of infrastructure for the utilization of industrial waste of furniture production.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Each point of the obstacle map requires a joint effort of business and is an effective and proven tool for decades in Italy, Poland, China and other countries. The Ukrainian\u00a0 Association of Furniture Manufacturers plans that the launch of the furniture cluster will provide the following results:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) reduction of logistics and production costs;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) reducing the cost of production and increasing the competitiveness of Furniture of Ukraine at the international level;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) increase in exports;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9) development of the subject design of Ukraine.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cluster is a self-regulating system where participants spend energy on cooperation, not on fighting with each other, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; &#8211; once again stressed the President of the Ukrainian Association
