An example of this is <a href=\"http:\/\/ducasse.com.ua\/\">DUCASSE <\/a><\/span><span class=\"s2\">UKRAINE<\/span><span class=\"s1\">. No, not exactly. After all, this company became a member of UAFM for the first time, and its head Volodymyr Roenko passed the accession procedure twice. At one time, he brought another company to the Association, which has already ceased to exist, giving way to &#8220;DUCASSE <\/span><span class=\"s2\">UKRAINE <\/span><span class=\"s1\">&#8220;. There is a certain intrigue in this, and Mr Volodymyr did not keep it a secret.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #004c6d;\"><span class=\"s1\">The name of the current company of Volodymyr Roenko is similar to the name of the company whose products \u00abDUCASSE <\/span><span class=\"s2\">UKRAINE<\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00bb Supplies to the Ukrainian market, and hence the name of its brand. Seven years ago, Volodymyr, as part of a group of Ukrainian furniture makers brought together by UAFM, visited a Turkish furniture exhibition and was attracted by DUCASSE sliding mechanisms for furniture and architecture. The European representative of the manufacturer (its founder and owner are American, and the production is located in Chile) was very friendly and encouraging to the interest shown by the Ukrainian in the Chilean mechanisms, and the partnership began. Vladimir has come a long way of success and disappointments, asserting the authority of DUCASSE sliding mechanisms. It was not the mechanisms that disappointed &#8211; they just conquered the domestic market more and more &#8211; people who trusted and had like-minded partners disappointed. DUCASSE Industrial products, on the other hand, added entrepreneurial confidence, convincing that it was not in vain that he once believed in it. And he finally made a final bet on it, forming a new &#8211; already family-type (with his wife and son) &#8211; company, proving by its name that it finally trusts the sliding mechanisms of DUCASSE its business destiny.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #004c6d;\">As part of the former Iris company, Volodymyr Roenko and his team not only sold imported sliding mechanisms to furniture makers but also used them themselves as furniture manufacturers, producing sliding door wardrobes, wardrobes, interior doors and partitions. During the existence of the company &#8220;Airis&#8221; it&#8217;s head was so confident in the reliability and viability of the products of &#8220;DUCASSE Industrial&#8221; that in its favour and abandoned the furniture industry, aiming the new company only at the implementation of these sliding mechanisms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #004c6d;\"><span class=\"s1\">When betting on a single product, you always take a risk. Roenko took a risk, and the years of DUCASSE <\/span><span class=\"s2\">UKRAINE&#8217;s <\/span><span class=\"s1\">existence proved that the risk was justified: sales of Chilean sliding mechanisms are constantly growing, more and more domestic manufacturers are confident in their quality &#8211; functional, operational, high comfort of furniture and which they are installed. With the company&#8217;s status change, some other companies that were competitors of Iris have now become partners of the new company. The DUCASSE Industrial products they buy from them have helped them significantly strengthen their position in the Ukrainian furniture market and even bring their products to foreign markets.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #004c6d;\"><i>&#8211; To be honest, &#8211; <\/i>our interlocutor admits, <i>&#8211; furniture production in the segment of built-in furniture, furniture with sliding fronts has undergone significant changes in recent years. The models on which our &#8220;iris&#8221; production was sharpened, as they say, are morally obsolete. The &#8220;loft&#8221; style, which actively began to dictate the fashion of furniture, neglected, for example, the radial designs of sliding door wardrobes, and they were just our feature. It was necessary to restructure, adapt to new market challenges, but there was no one to deal with &#8211; the outflow of professionals, experienced staff shook the foundations of many furniture industries, and even now the shortage of staff in our industry &#8211; a major problem. It&#8217;s a pity because the Iris company had a good fortune, on which we had to put across. Equipment can be sold, but the intellectual property will not be sold. It can be transferred into safe hands, but there are none.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #004c6d;\">To the question &#8220;Did the abandonment of furniture production not affect the profitability of his business?&#8221; Volodymyr half-jokingly replied that although she had reduced it a little, she had more time to take care of herself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #004c6d;\">From the further story it became clear that jokes are inappropriate here because to deal with yourself, your family outside of business interests for Volodymyr Roenko is an archival need. He is not just a supporter of a healthy lifestyle, but also a long-term implementer &#8211; an active athlete-swimmer, a convinced vegetarian. In order to improve in rehabilitation, he graduated from the University of Physical Culture and Sports with specialization and now not only improves himself physically but also actively &#8211; in particular by his personal example &#8211; promotes a healthy lifestyle. And not without success: almost all his friends became his followers. He also intends to get a degree in professional nutrition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #004c6d;\"><b>&#8211; If you go back to the industry, tell me, what is the main interest that brought you back to the Association? Your current company is an importer, UAFM&#8217;s export assistance, which attracts furniture, is not relevant for you. Do you hope to get rich with new UAFM customers?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #004c6d;\"><i>&#8211; Not only. I would like to draw the attention of colleagues in the industry and the Association to the personnel issue, but from a slightly different side. I intend to initiate corporate intolerance to &#8220;flyers&#8221;, to &#8220;personnel&#8221; who will make money, harm one company and go to another, which, without inquiring about the applicant&#8217;s track record, hires him and also after some time suffers from him the same annoyances. I myself have repeatedly suffered from the dishonesty of the employees you train, improve, and then they go to others with your production secrets, with the customer base, and even lure part of the team.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #004c6d;\"><i>There used to be a good practice of recommendation employment. If there was no letter of recommendation, the new employer was interested in the previous employer of the applicant, how he proved himself, what he was worth, why he resigned. I understand that in the current staff shortage such an approach is problematic, but still, it is possible at least within the Association to insure each other against the danger of penetration into the company of such grief-stricken workers, in fact, destroyers.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #004c6d;\"><b>&#8211; It would be really good if your colleagues in the Association realized such a threat and jointly opposed it. However, in order to be useful to the Association, you could initiate something else: if others share the experience of implementing effective management methods, the art of sales, you could share the experience of a healthy lifestyle. Doing business &#8211; making money, fighting for survival, competitive tension &#8211; is something that also undermines health, shakes the nerves, and many colleagues would find it useful to know how to avoid it or how to get rid of its consequences. Your example is the best belief. And your dietary skills would be useful to many.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #004c6d;\"><i>&#8211; I do not mind if colleagues are really interested in it.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><strong><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #004c6d;\">So, let&#8217;s improve together and make our industry even
