This is a shortage of skilled workers due to the mass exodus of people to foreign earnings. This inhibitory circumstance prevents furniture makers from developing their companies: increasing production volumes, developing new markets. And the current coronavirus attack has further complicated the situation. In such conditions, Tarasov’s companies are forced to reduce the number of employees by almost half, because the number of orders, especially foreign ones, has decreased, so production volumes have also decreased. However, Transcarpathian furniture, as well as Ukrainian furniture in general, is already hardened by various troubles, which periodically test them for strength and viability, so they do not give in to the mercy of the current difficulties.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t
