1. The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Lithuania have agreed to cooperate in the development of passenger and freight rail transport, as well as in the development of digital solutions for the exchange of permits for international road transport. This will further increase the volume of container freight by combined trains “Viking” and “Containerships Train”, as well as increasing competition in the transportation of goods on the transport corridor “North-South”.<\/span><\/p>\n In addition, the cooperation of the two countries in the development of digital solutions for the exchange of permits for international road transport will analyze the legal and technological possibilities of obtaining such permits in electronic format.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n 2. In his address to the people, President Volodymyr Zelensky promised to assist businesses in strengthening quarantine in a number of regions. The head of state appealed to local authorities to send their proposals on how to support people. The state will also not stand aside. Zelensky promises that the central government is ready to add the same amount of aid from the local budget, which will thus double.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n 3. The Kyiv authorities reminded that benefits are available for metropolitan entrepreneurs during severe quarantine restrictions, ie the <\/span>city \u200b\u200bauthorities deliberately under-generate revenues to the local budget in order to support the business.<\/span><\/p>\n In the case of activities (if it is not prohibited under the conditions of quarantine), entrepreneurs have the opportunity to pay only 50% of the amount of certain local fees for the entire period of any quarantine restrictions.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.
