1. The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a decision on changes to the Procedure for calculating the average wage. There is a mechanism for accounting for bonuses paid for two months or longer when calculating the average wage. The amounts of accrued wages, except for bonuses and other payments, are taken into account in the month for which they are accrued and in the amounts in which they are accrued, without excluding the amounts of tax deductions.<\/p>\n
2. One year after the start of quarantine, workers are returned to their offices – currently, according to various sources, between 3% and 6% of Ukrainian employers offer to work remotely.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n We have not yet seen a mass transition to a remote form of employment. If we analyze the labour market proposals more deeply, it turns out that almost half of the vacancies with the opportunity to work remotely fall into the field of information technology. In general, only about 8% are looking for work exclusively offline, and about 25% of job seekers say they would like to work only on the “distance” to minimize contacts.<\/span><\/p>\n
