\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Currently in Ukraine for the protection of domestic investors and domestic business, there are only public organizations, primarily industry associations (unions) of entrepreneurs who defend the interests of their members. It is not the state that protects the interests of business, but businessmen actually protect their rights on their own, says political expert Volodymyr Tsybulko. In his opinion, it is necessary to create a Business Chamber of Ukraine, which will purposefully protect the interests of domestic business and Ukrainian investors at the state level. This practice exists. For example, there is the Maritime Chamber of Ukraine, a self-governing body for business that works with maritime transportation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

\n- Summing up the state of the economic sector for the week, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said that the program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”, as expected, works successfully and has great potential. So far, more than 25,000 entrepreneurs have received loans. Funds worth about 70 billion hryvnias have been issued. Given the development trends and prospects of the project, it will be continued next year.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0By the way, only last week under the program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%” entrepreneurs received 584 loans totaling 1.43 billion hryvnia.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\n- The obligatory precondition for the return to the taxpayer of overpaid \/ erroneously paid funds is the simultaneous presence of the following circumstances: 1) the absence of such a taxpayer tax debt; 2) submission by the taxpayer of an application for a refund within 1095 days from the date of overpayment; 3) compliance of the submitted application with the requirements of paragraph 43.4 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Following the submission of the relevant application, the SFS body must either prepare an opinion on the return of such an amount or provide a written refusal to return the funds from the budget within the time limits specified by law.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0This was emphasized by the Supreme Court in the panel of judges of the Administrative Court of Cassation.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\n- The logical continuation of the well-known 3D-printing was the latest breakthrough technology created by scientists in the United States, England and Japan. This is 4D printing, capable of creating programmable matter. It is matter, not materials. This technology involves another dimension – time. The created matter is able to change its shape and properties over time (density, modulus of elasticity, conductivity, color, etc.), according to a pre-programmed algorithm.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Undoubtedly, when programmable matter becomes widespread and industrially used, it will be used by furniture makers as well – it provides very large, intriguing and unprecedented prospects for change.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\n- Bosch and Fein have announced cooperation in the creation of 18-volt batteries to power Fein’s Multimaster multifunction hand-held power tools, many of which are woodworking. Versatility is their main value, because users of such a tool prefer open systems, ie that one battery is suitable for several professional power tools and, ideally, from different manufacturers. This will save money and simplify the work.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
