In accordance with the provisions of the Tax Code until March 31, 2022, there is a moratorium on fines for tax offences, except for sanctions for:<\/p>\n – violation of the requirements for long-term life insurance contracts or insurance contracts within the framework of private pension provision, in particular, supplementary pension insurance;<\/span><\/p>\n – the alienation of property that is in a tax lien, without the consent of the supervisory authority;<\/span><\/p>\n – violation of the requirements of the legislation, in particular in terms of violation of accrual, declaration and payment of VAT, excise tax, rent.<\/span><\/p>\n 2. <\/span>The <\/span>State Tax Service has <\/span>posted a <\/span>step-by-step video instruction <\/span>on its website<\/span>, which explains the download and installation of the cash register software.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This section contains links to download the archive with software for Android and Windows operating systems and information about the contents and purpose of other archive files. Also in the user manual, the way of placement of the electronic key and the qualified certificate of the public key of the cashier for use of PRORO “Cash register” for Android is specified.<\/span><\/p>\n 3. <\/span>The Government has changed the procedure for notifying the State Tax Service and its territorial bodies about hiring an employee \/ concluding a gig contract.<\/p>\n It is now established that the notice of hiring \/ concluding a gig contract is submitted by the owner of the enterprise, institution, organization or its authorized body (person) or individual (except for notice of hiring a member of the executive body of the company, head of the enterprise, institution, organization) and\/or a resident of “Action City” to the territorial bodies of the State Tax Service at the place of registration as a payer of the single contribution to the obligatory state social insurance in the form according to the annexe to the employee’s employment contract works (services) by a gig-specialist of a resident of “Action City” by electronic means using the electronic signature of responsible persons, based on a qualified electronic signature certificate, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of electronic document management.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In the absence of technical possibility to submit a notice of hiring \/ concluding a gig contract by electronic means in electronic form, such notice is submitted in the form of a paper document in accordance with the annexe together with a copy in electronic form.<\/span><\/p>\n 4. <\/span>Furniture company Minotti presents a new collection of the iconic brand, inspired by Brazilian architecture and modernism of the 1950s. Minotti offers a modern look at the aesthetics of the middle of the last century: the brand presented a record wide range of furniture for elegant interiors with references to modernism.<\/p>\n The creative process of creating the collection was led by Minotti artistic director Rodolfo Dordoni, and both Dordoni himself and the famous Brazilian architect Marcio Cogan worked on its implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n 5. <\/span>Who said that plumbing should only be white? The German brand Villeroy & Boch offers a fresh look at bathroom design: the Artis collection features overhead sinks in nine different shades. The inside is usually glossy white, and the outside is available in muted blue Ocean, light blue Fog, peach-pink Powder, black Coal Black, gray French Linen, and yellow Indian Summer, swamp green Sage Green, ocher-orange Rust, dark red Bordeaux (the last four colors are new in 2021). These are interesting, complex, but at the same time non-repulsive shades that will profitably enliven different interiors: from Scandinavian-style bathrooms to eclectic spaces.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
