sole proprietors<\/a>\u00a0who have not installed cash registers (RRO).\u00a0All FOPs who set up RROs by April 1 will have their fines reduced by 10 times by the end of the year.<\/p>\nThe current law stipulates that entrepreneurs had to install cash registers before January 1, 2021.\u00a0However, according to the new bill, the government actually gives them the opportunity to extend this period until April 1 this year.<\/p>\n
This bill also extends for a month the period during which no fines will be applied to private individuals.\u00a0That is, for those who installed cash registers in January, the penalty for a month’s delay will be cancelled.<\/p>\n
At the same time, for those individual entrepreneurs\u00a0who for some reason do not have time to register the cash register by the end of January, there will be two more months during which they can register their RRO. They will be able to do so until April 1, 2022, that is, until the end of March.<\/p>\n
