1. From February 21 to 24, 2023, during the “Meble Polska 2023” exhibition in Pozna\u0144, buyers for chains of furniture stores, e-commerce, and DIY chains will definitely visit the “Furniture of Ukraine”<\/a> stand to see the best samples of Ukrainian products furniture manufacturers and meet with factory owners and top managers. Manufacturers of serial furniture for the kitchen, bedroom, children’s rooms, bathroom, and living room are invited to participate in the national stand.<\/p>\n

2. Ukraine is preparing for the implementation of international standards in the field of transparency and information exchange for tax purposes through the launch of the automatic exchange of tax data with other countries. The goal is to obtain information about the bank accounts and financial assets of its tax residents in other countries. All residents of Ukraine will undergo an additional questionnaire.<\/p>\n

Of course, we are talking about offices and office centers equipped with autonomous power supplies.<\/p>\n

6. The needs of tenants have changed. Now, instead of looking for a comfortable room at an acceptable price, the company is primarily interested in autonomous heat, the availability of generators, and water supplies. Businesses are willing to pay 10-20% more than the average market rent for guaranteed work. Many are not deterred by the fact that generating electricity is almost five times more expensive: currently from UAH 24\/kW without VAT.<\/p>\n

7. Employers will be obliged to notify employees about a change in the owner of the enterprise or the transfer of its part to another owner. Also, the relevant government draft law establishes the employer’s obligation to continue the employment contract in the event of a change of business owner.<\/p>\n
