The LEAN School hosted at the PROGRESS-SERVICE production facility in Lviv has been successfully completed.

The programme brought together 46 participants representing 14 companies. Over four training days and two practical days, they worked across three key areas: Lean, strategy and leadership.

Following the theoretical sessions, participants moved directly to the production floor. Together with Bohdan Mazurkevych, they analysed processes, identified losses, worked on real business cases and saw how the Lean approach helped PROGRESS-SERVICE increase its productivity sixfold.

The practical part continued at the participants’ own companies, where the acquired knowledge and tools were applied to real production processes.
