We invite you to experience the atmosphere of our recent Lean Tour in Galicia, which took place on October 11-12, 2023. It was an incredibly productive and unforgettable two days that enriched participants with knowledge, connections, and lasting impressions. What did we experience during the tour?

DerevoDim Company is a modern construction company specializing in the design and construction of eco-friendly log structures since 2005. During our visit to “DerevoDim” we had the opportunity to learn more about their unique projects and approaches to ecological construction.

 

2.  Bordnetze Company is an international manufacturer of cable and wiring systems for automobiles. We visited their production facility and learned about their technologies and contribution to the automotive industry.

 

3.  Schreder Company is a global leader in the field of outdoor lighting. Our visit to ‘Schreder’ allowed us to elevate our understanding of urban lighting and innovative solutions to a new level.

 

4. Bil i Ka Company is a full-cycle manufacturer of wooden windows and doors. We familiarized ourselves with their production processes and discovered the secrets behind creating high-quality windows and doors.

 

5. FROP Company is a manufacturer of solid wood, metal, upholstered, and modular furniture for the HoReCa, office, and private segments. During our visit to ‘FROP,’ we had the opportunity to witness the work of an innovative furniture manufacturer and learn about their approach to design and production.

 

6. The Electrolux Group revealed the business secrets of a leading global household appliance manufacturing company that has been improving lives for over 100 years.
