🔥 The UAFM Lean Tour at Modern Expo 2025 was simply incredible!

We got so engaged with the practical sessions, the production tour, and the live discussions that we went far beyond the planned schedule. 😅

It was extremely exciting to see how Lean philosophy works at such a powerful production facility: only real solutions and real results!

We left inspired and full of ideas to implement in our own companies — from organizing production flows and Kanban systems to engaging teams in continuous improvement processes.
