To pay or not to pay rent during the quarantine

On April 3, 2020, we invite you to participate in the webinar “Rent during quarantine”. A large number of our members have approached us about this issue and we have invited expert lawyers to understand this topic.

• exemption from payment for rent during quarantine in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 3275;

Since the establishment of the quarantine introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution “On Prevention of Acute COVID-19 Acute Respiratory Disease Caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus” in Ukraine from March 11, 2020 (as amended) in accordance with the procedure established by law, the employer shall be exempted from payment for the use of property in accordance with part six of Article 762 of this Code.
