Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers and WoodShow Global have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

Both sides agreed to work together to build partnerships and mutually beneficial relations, to organize B2B meetings to establish new ties and to ensure the exchange of experiences and partnerships.

WoodShow, the Middle East, Africa & ASEAN’s Leading Platforms for Wood, Woodworking Machinery & Forestry Sectors,  started its journey in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates in 2005 and since then it has established itself as the only dedicated and unique platform for the wood and woodworking machinery industry in the Middle East and North Africa region. In 2011, Cairo WoodShow was launched which became a solid platform for North Africa and the extended Middle East region and catered to the expert professionals from the industry. In 2018, the WoodShow continued its expansion and reached West Africa to initiate Gabon WoodShow in partnership with Gabon Special Economic Zone, a business entity of Olam International and the Gabonese government. Continuing with its expansion story in 2020, WoodShow is now being organized in Indonesia (Indonesia WoodShow) as well along with the official support from the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry and other reputed industry associations of the Republic of Indonesia.

Today, the WoodShow series (Dubai, Cairo, Gabon and Indonesia) is catering to more than 600 exhibitors and brands of wood, woodworking machinery and forestry industry every year and welcoming more than 30,000 quality visitors from more than 100 countries around the world in the four shows. WoodShow aims to contribute significantly to the growth of the wood and forestry industry through its four platforms and help the exhibitors and visitors interact and discuss the possible synergies to increase the scope of their business.
