1. Support of UAFM participants on the platform of the Association:

• Search for sales channels: announcements of export orders together with the FUBE team, tender orders together with experts;
• assistance with the execution of orders that cannot be realized at the moment;
• assistance with the relocation of production;
• finding ways to resume production / to compensate for losses;
• meeting the current needs and requests of the furniture industry;
• conducting webinars on current topics;
• issue of a monthly digest of UAFM events – collection and structuring of work for the past month for the convenience of our participants.

2. Lobbying the interests of UAFM participants and legal support:

• writing letters to the Government at the request of participants;
• providing primary legal advice;
• organization of meetings with regional military administrations on:

• arrangement of resettlement centres;
• project “Rebuilding Ukraine”;
• support of export activities of companies, assistance with crossing the border to participate in national stands at international exhibitions.

3. Promotion of Ukrainian furniture makers:

• writing publications about companies that have resumed work;
• publication of announcements from UAFM participants;
• publication of articles “UAFM in the face” in wartime;
• publication of positive news in stories;
• online congratulations to the winners of the UAFM “FURNITURE OF THE YEAR-2021” contest;
• publicity of the project “Rebuilding Ukraine!”.

4. Implementation of grant projects:

• implementation of a grant project from the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine Program for the manufacture of furniture and products for IDPs (the grant will attract UAH 4.5 million);
• the expectation of approval of the grant project from the UN Development Program “Strengthening business associations of small and medium enterprises of Ukraine” to create a platform for orders with a focus on exports (450 thousand UAH);
• Search for grants for business representatives and their publications in communication channels.

5. Filling the budget of the Association:

• collection of membership fees from companies that are now able to pay them;
• attracting partner assistance for their promotion among industry participants;
• charitable contributions to support the development of the Association.

6. Attracting new participants to UAFM and holding the Congress at the end of June 2022.

7. Promotion of Furniture of Ukraine for export:

• participation of UAFM participants in a joint stand at the international exhibition iSaloni on June 7-12, 2022;
• approbation of the Ukrainian furniture auction BRAVE FURNITURE.
