Webinar: “Compensation of losses for Ukrainian furniture manufacturers”. Post announcement

On September 22, UAFM held a webinar: “Indemnification for Ukrainian furniture manufacturers” from the “Ishchenko, Svitlytskyi and Partners” Bar Association.
Experts told how to get compensation for entrepreneurs and how to properly prepare documentation for receiving compensation for losses caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Serbia.
During the webinar, we discussed the following topics in detail:
◾️Fixing and documenting to assess damage determination. Legal aspects and requirements.
◾️Construction and technical expertise.
◾️Calculation of material damage.
◾️Assessment of lost profits, basic principles and necessary documents for assessment.
◾️Judicial “peculiarities” of consideration of cases on compensation for damage caused by military aggression in Ukraine and abroad.
