1. The digital “LIGNA.Forum”, which took place within the new online format “LIGNA.Innovation Network”, ended in three days. The conference program was attended by recognized industry experts on key topics related to woodworking processes.

Based on the fact that the previous procedure for supervision and control in the field of labour relations was officially abolished by the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, the government developed a new document.

In particular, some amendments were made to the old one, which, according to the government representative, were made taking into account all claims and complaints of employers that pointed to violations by state labour inspectors during inspections. Judicial practice of this sphere is also taken into account in the new order.

2. The State Tax Service reminded that single taxpayers of the first and second groups pay the single tax by paying an advance payment no later than the 20th of the current month. You can pay a single tax in advance for the entire tax period (quarter, year), but not more than by the end of the current reporting year.

There are periods when a single tax can be omitted. These are single taxpayers of the first and second groups who do not use the labour of employees. They are exempt from paying the single tax for one calendar month per year for the period of leave, as well as for the period of illness confirmed by a copy of the certificate of incapacity for work if it lasts 30 or more calendar days.

3. “It is necessary to stimulate the involvement of small and medium-sized businesses in financial leasing. Government support, long-term programs are needed, because financial leasing cannot be on a short-term basis. This is 2-3-5 years. Therefore, long-term tools from the state are needed. It is also possible to issue structured bonds just for the development of financial leasing in specific industries, “said Oleksandr Zaletov, Head of the Financial Companies Supervision Department of the NBU’s Non-Bank Financial Services Market Supervision Department.

The banker predicts that the shortage of leased items should disappear early next year. “It is those that are mostly used by small businesses: cars – cars and trucks. Therefore, we are preparing to penetrate this segment. We have done automation for this business and are ready to offer our service to the market in this direction, ”he promised.

4. Adviser to President Oleh Ustenko stated that the authorities may resume financial support for business during the intensified quarantine in Ukraine. This year, the assistance may be less than eight thousand hryvnias, as business representatives will partially work to serve vaccinated citizens.

In particular, the section “Transformation of woodworking” discussed current and future developments in digitalization and discussed their opportunities for the industry – from craft business to industrial groups.
