On May 17th we will gather together to visit three production facilities: GERBOR HOLDING, VMK-Ukraine and KRONOSPAN Ukraine. Join us for an in-depth study of best practices in management and business process optimization.
Throughout the tour, we will be accompanied by the professional lean consultant Olga Peretyatko.
The tour program includes:
🏭 Visit to GERBOR Holding company. For over 25 years, the company has been one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of case goods furniture in Ukraine. The company exports to more than 30 countries worldwide. The enterprise employs 570 employees. Warehouse areas exceed 150,000 m².
🏭 Visit to VMK-Ukraine company. For over 20 years, the company has been producing high-quality case goods furniture. VMK-Ukraine has 112,700 m² of production space with warehouses; 350 employees; 5 logistics centers; exports furniture to more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
🏭 Visit to KRONOSPAN Ukraine company. Kronospan is one of the world’s leading manufacturers, the company is engaged in the production and sale of wood-based panels.
The participation cost for one person is:
- 4,000 UAH for UAFM participants
- 6,000 UAH for all other UAFM friends and partners

We are organizing a transfer from Lutsk at 6:20 in the morning and returning participants to Lutsk at 21:00:
Train from Kyiv to Lutsk (Train 97), departure at 21:56, arrival at 06:17;
Back from Lutsk to Kyiv (Train 98), departure at 21:33, arrival at 06:04.
If you plan to drive from Rivne or Lviv, the journey takes two and a half hours.
