It is very important for the success of the business, according to Alexander, to set the right tasks before marketing. First, we need to shift the focus from cost to other factors of choice. It is the understanding of these factors and the proper communication of their value to the consumer that shapes the “superiority of your product in the mind of the customer”. There are various tools for this, but clearly understanding the focus of what your business will be remembered for. Understanding what kind of priority you want to formulate is a stable, reliable and long-lasting strategy.
