1. In the next two months, online meetings will be held with regional export-oriented enterprises in Ukraine to expand opportunities for Ukrainian business abroad. This was stated at a briefing by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro
Kuleba: “We are organizing a series of online meetings with regional business in order to hear the wishes of entrepreneurs and establish a direct dialogue between business structures and diplomatic missions of Ukraine.”

2. Minister of Finance Serhiy Marchenko and Minister of Finance of Poland Tadeusz Koscinski signed a Joint Declaration on bilateral cooperation in the field of tax information exchange, in particular, in the field of VAT administration, as well as in the field of cross-border economic cooperation. The implementation of this Agreement will allow, in particular, joint actions at the border as a crucial means of effectively combating VAT fraud.

3. The Ministry of Finance amended Law №3659 on the provision of state guarantees, proposing to provide portfolio guarantees to small and medium-sized businesses – the state’s obligation to repay up to 80% of several loans (credit pool) to the bank if it goes bankrupt. This program is expected to be an alternative to the Affordable Credits 5-7-9 program, which launched in February and raised more than a billion UAH.

4. Agency for research and implementation of projects in the field of design “Maino Design” together with “Kooperativ” present a new format of exhibitions of subject design. The works of Ukrainian manufacturers will be shown in two dimensions simultaneously: physical and virtual. Thus, on the new creative platform of Kyiv “Kooperativ” from 5 to 19 September will hold a physical exhibition of subject design and in parallel from 4 to 18 September the same exhibition will be shown at the “Digital Fair” of the Paris exhibition “Maison & Objet”. A virtual tour of the Kyiv exhibition and virtual showrooms with the possibility of sales will be available to professionals from around the world, and Ukrainians will see for the first time live what is usually exhibited in Paris.

5. From the walls of the Italian furniture factory “Lago” come unusual and very stylish furniture, which can not be denied a special charm.
