We are especially pleased to present those members of the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers who are not directly related to furniture but found it necessary to be in such a shop community with furniture makers. This time a story about the capital’s company “Art Wood Parquet“, one of the leading production parquet companies in Ukraine. However, it is not so far from furniture, because it also works with wood, performing largely the same woodworking operations as furniture manufacturers. We received an introductory story about the company from its director Andriy Kushchenko.

The company, established in the fall of 2003, specializes in the production of high-quality natural parquet of various types. The main factory of the company, located in Kyiv, produces engineering modular parquet as a result of high-tech machine processing and wood painting. The main species used in the production of parquet – European walnut, which is considered one of the rarest and most expensive species of wood in the world. The range of European walnut parquet by type (construction), size, varieties, finishes and coatings – the largest in the world!

European Wood Parquet engineered parquet is produced jointly by Art Parquet together with the Italian Parquet factory, which uses the most advanced equipment for wood processing and coating, which allows achieving the highest quality parquet, which meets international quality standards, confirmed by certificates and inspection reports. parquet in the leading specialized laboratories of Italy. Art Wood Parquet has several other partnership projects, but with manufacturers in Ukraine, with whom they jointly produce a variety of solid parquet and parquet board in a wide range of different coatings, art parquet and more. 

The company not only produces parquet but also works directly with it, providing turnkey installation services, which reduces the risks for the client and provides maximum reliability and guarantees the durability of the parquet floor. It controls all cycles of the project: from the initial familiarization with the client in the company’s office to create a design project of exclusive parquet floors and subsequent procurement of raw materials, and then control of each technological operation of wood processing – to the finished parquet and order to the buyer, which involves the installation of parquet on-site and its maintenance.

Art Wood Parquet is a regular participant in international exhibitions specializing in finishing materials in Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Germany. And largely due to this – a successful exporter. Samples of its parquet are presented in partner stores of more than 20 countries. There is a practice of selling parquet in particular in Kazakhstan, Russia, Latvia, Germany, Italy, Spain, UAE (Dubai), Scotland, Hungary.
