Business evacuation: how the initiative will work
Ukrainian entrepreneurs can relocate the business from the country’s hotspots to the western regions. How does this happen and who can benefit?

The Cabinet of Ministers has launched a program to evacuate private enterprises from the country’s “hot spots” in the western regions.
This program is designed to preserve strategically important industries and jobs until the complete victory of Ukraine.
There are already many questions in business about the algorithm of action for “economic evacuation”.
Official documents are still being written, but I have already collected generalized answers to the most common questions.
Who can benefit?
Any enterprise that is in a zone of risk and active hostilities. The participant can be not only large production but also small businesses with 10-20 people in the state.
First of all, strategically important enterprises and enterprises that produce basic necessities (bread and other food, drinking water, clothing, etc.) will receive state assistance for forced relocation to meet the needs of civilians, military and terrorist fighters.
How to apply for an evacuation?
The owner or manager of an enterprise that cannot work due to hostilities, but wants to and can continue to work elsewhere, can fill out a questionnaire with information about the enterprise.
Where it is located, what it produces, how many workers and family members it wants to transport, what premises, production and logistical resources are needed for full-fledged work.
How is the transportation of business?
After confirming the application and clarifying all the details, the organizational group with the Ministry of Economy and the relevant military-civil administration in the western regions of Ukraine find premises that meet the needs for the deployment of the enterprise.
After agreeing on the location with the company, the state helps to transport equipment and workers to the new location.
It is planned to involve both public and private logistics companies. Each transportation is accompanied by a responsible deputy or a local majority deputy.
I very much hope that information in business circles will spread quickly.
For our part, the leadership and members of the Tax Committee of the Verkhovna Rada fully support the initiative and do everything possible to make the program a real working tool and help preserve Ukrainian enterprises, support the Ukrainian economy and bring Ukraine closer to the racist aggressor.
