Kaizen in Sales 2.0

Dear furniture makers, we invite you to take part in UAM Kaizen club “Sales in the style of Kaizen 2.0”.

We will prepare for you an interesting and rich program of the meeting.

– “Growing areas for your salespeople,” a master class from Daniel Radinovskiy consultingDaniel Radinovskiy, an expert on the creation of the mentality of teams, provides “super-results” in business. Author of the training “Litmus” and “Business – Litmus” an effective tool for creating results in business and life.
This is a demonstration 90-minute interactive part of the Business-Litmus training.

Igor Soshnikov, the owner of IT Artel, will talk about omnichannel sales using the BAS ERP system, as well as what channels to attract customers, and how the BAS ERP system manages to interact with clients through a single accounting system.

Марина Гейко, a marketer of TM LTL-Group, will share the experience of a successful company, in which there are no discounts and offers. For over 12 years LTL-Group has been a leader in the field of industrial wood processing. Marina will tell you why “every discount is a step towards the company’s bankruptcy”, and also why customers ask for discounts and describe examples of trades.
