1. Vadim Bardas, an analyst at the European Investment Center, made a financial and economic forecast for March: “Business activity in the global economy will decline, which will affect the mood of non-residents and the volume of foreign exchange earnings of exporters. In the short term, the dollar will depend on the actions of the NBU.
Since a seasonal increase in demand for foreign currency by importers and an increase in hryvnia liquidity in the banking system is expected, the National Bank will keep the dollar in the corridor of 24-25 UAH from creeping hryvnia devaluation to the level of 25 UAH / USD.

2. As we reported, since the beginning of February, the program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%” has been operating in Ukraine. Banks have already issued business loans for more than 30,000,000 UAH, said Economy Minister Timofey Milovanov. According to him, this program is not only about money, but also about training, advice and expert assistance for business.
By the way, the leader in the number of loans already received from the state are entrepreneurs of the Vinnitsa region.

3. In Ukrainian small business, optimistic moods have grown. This is evidenced by the results of a study of the Small Business Sentiment Index, which was conducted by the European Business Association.
Over the past year, entrepreneurs’ satisfaction with their income level has increased dramatically – almost one and a half times. The number of people satisfied with the current state of affairs in business increased from 31.6% in 2018 to 42%. In addition, the number of those who are not satisfied with the current economic situation has decreased – 29.2% against 38.4% a year earlier.
The number of entrepreneurs expecting improvement in the state of business in comparison with the previous year increased by 10%, to 58.7% from 47.4%.
Almost half of entrepreneurs plan to increase the number of employees – 40.8% plan to hire new people and only 9.6% – to reduce. In addition, 44.6% plan to increase the level of wages for their employees.
But one should not be fully happy: according to 69.1% of respondents, the economic situation is still not favorable for doing business.
