The leaders in the volume of construction works were Dnipropetrovsk region – 978 700 000 UAH, Kharkiv region – 770 600 000 UAH and Kiev – 1380000000 UAH. New construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment amounted to 79.3% of the total volume of construction products produced, capital and current repairs – 10.7% and 10.0%.

2. In accordance with the envisaged amendments, draft law No. 10066 in the Parliament proposed to introduce a new scale of taxation of personal income with a maximum tax rate of 48%. The tax rate on personal income (PIT) will not depend on the origin of income, but on their value. The minimum rate will be 5%. It will be paid by those who receive income in the amount of three living wages for able-bodied persons.
The explanatory note says: “In Ukraine there is a flat scale of taxation of personal income. The tax rate is 18% and does not depend on the amount of income that the taxpayer received. That is, the person who receives income in the amount of the minimum wage and the person which earns a million hryvnia per month, pay 18% each … To restore social justice, it is proposed to introduce a progressive scale of taxation of personal income on the principle of “the rich pay more.”

3. The GNSU press service reports that from the United Nations Children’s Fund UNICEF to the temporarily occupied territory was followed by one car with humanitarian supplies of school furniture weighing 11.2 tons. The vehicle passed through Novotroitskoye KPVV.

4. View criteria for mandatory verification of individual entrepreneurs at their closure. Such a proposal of the Fiscal Service of the Ministry of Finance was voiced by the head of UKRINFORM Roman Nasyrov during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Tax Policy.
According to the legislation, the Fiscal Service is obliged to inspect each individual entrepreneur in the process of its liquidation. But on December 27, 2016, the president signed a law, according to which from January 1, 2017, FLP should pay a single social contribution, even if they do not have a profit. As a result, from 01.12.16. by 02/20/17, 330,000 entrepreneurs have ceased operations.
“There are two orders of the Ministry of Finance in this, one of them concerns ERUs, the second – all other taxes. What we offer and ask: we believe that these orders should be revised and more specific requirements should be created in which cases, depending on the criteria of an individual an entrepreneur who closes, who needs or doesn’t need a check, ”Nasyrov suggested.
In turn, the head of the Committee Nina Yuzhanina noted that removing the emergency from the state registrar is not a deregistration in the SFS. “In order for the payer to be removed from the register, he must file a liquidation declaration, not all taxpayers know about this. You need to talk about or think up another mechanism for deregistering such entrepreneurs from the UKRINFORM,” Nina Southerner explained.

5. The State Statistics Service of Ukraine reports that in January 2019 the volume of freight in Ukraine increased by 4.8% compared with January 2018 and amounts to 51.5 million tons. At the same time, the carriage of goods by rail decreased by 4.8% to 20,400,000 tons, and by water transport – by 21.5% to 2,200,000 tons in the period specified in advance.
