On December 16, 2020, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The Chamber was established to support and promote the development of commercial exchanges and economic cooperation between Italy and Ukraine. It is based both in Italy in Turin and in Ukraine in Kyiv.

We are grateful to the Secretary-General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine, Vanessa Russano, and everyone involved in the initiative. We believe that our agreement will start reliable cooperation between our countries and will become an auxiliary link in socio-economic progress for both sides.

The interaction, according to the memorandum, includes the following items:

INFORMATION

Exchange of information on economic, political and social the situation in their area of ​​competence, as well as changes the financial and economic development of their country.

OPPORTUNITIES

Creating new opportunities for cultural development, economic and social cooperation between countries and improving connections in all areas of partners.

PROMOTIONS

Represent a partner in your own country to the latter could establish all the necessary contacts for the activity, if possible, provide the necessary information and organize meetings to sign agreements. Assist in creating a customer base and provide everything possible and necessary information about the company that registered in this region.

COOPERATION

Combine all resources and developments to create joint projects so that each party received both financial and moral satisfaction from cooperation.

RECOGNITION

Mutual recognition of trademarks and mutual consent to provide partners with the opportunity to represent each other if there is reason to believe this may be mutually beneficial.

Mutual use of logos for advertising purposes.

DURATION

This agreement comes into force from the date of its signing by both parties and is valid until one of the parties of those or other reasons will refuse to cooperate in writing.
