B2B Sales in Crisis Conditions – FBA Special Course

 

Dear representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the furniture and light industries from Ukraine, Moldova, Kosovo, and Georgia!

We have created this special course for you, entrepreneurs from countries facing a crisis. We invite you to participate in this training, which will contribute to the development of your companies, increase product sales, and help restore the economic potential of your countries.

As Ukrainians, we understand better than anyone the immense pressure that crisis conditions put on small and medium-sized enterprises. The COVID-19 crisis and russia’s military aggression forced us to unite as a community and establish the Furniture Business Academy, providing essential knowledge and practical skills specifically tailored for the furniture industry in a short timeframe.

During the first FBA special course on B2B meeting preparation, we had 32 students and 11 free listeners.

 

In the second course, we prepared participants for a trade mission to conquer the UK market.

 

Understanding the importance of exports for overcoming a crisis and having the experience and desire to support those who are willing to improve despite the circumstances, we created this special course. Thanks to the knowledge, experience, openness to cooperation, and years of intellectual expertise of UAFM, our community members managed to sustain their businesses, and furniture exports entered the TOP 10 commodity groups of Ukraine’s total exports in 2022. Therefore, we not only know that a crisis brings new opportunities but also do everything to make this principle a clear feature of successful furniture businesses.

Why join the training?

In a short period, through intensive learning, 60 students will be able to:

The special course will consist of 18 modules and include 70 hours of training:

During each training module, students will receive homework assignments.

*Students will be eligible to participate in practical modules only if all homework assignments are completed.
