We talked about teamwork, responsibility, culture, focus, and how a leader can stay on course in times of change.

Participants worked in groups and explored real-life cases that immediately helped them see what could be improved in their companies. Many began implementing new tools in their teams the very next day.

Radek Drzewiecki truly enjoyed working with Ukrainian companies.
He said he hadn’t seen such engaged and motivated leaders in a long time — so he decided to hold an additional online training to continue working with all participants.
